That what is above written is a true and faithful copy of an
original entry in the Register Book of Baptisms, Marriages, and
Burials of and for the Cathedral Church of The Holy Trinity used
as the Parish Church of the parish of Quebec, by me diligently
compared and collated with the said original entry in the said
Register, deposited of Record in the said Church.
