Liste des officiers sans commission et des soldats de l'ancien Régiment, le Kings American Regiment, et prise en Nouvelle-Écosse. Nous croyons que cette liste fût dressée en 1784. Elle fait partie de la série intitulée Land Petition Series des Archives du Nouveau-Brunswick. Ces pétitionnaires se trouvaient dans un territoire qui s'appelait la Nouvelle-Écosse en 1784. C'était avant la création de la province du Nouveau-Brunswick. Le livre de Esther Clark Wright, The Loyalists of New Brunswick, contient beaucoup d'informations sur les droits aux terres et les méthodes pour octroyées ces terres par le gouvernement. List of the Non Commission Officers and Private Men of the late Kings American Regiment in Nova Scotia. This list was probably created in early 1784. It contains the names of all of the non-commissioned officers and privates of what had been the Kings American Regiment before it was disbanded. The list was drafted to give these men the right to make a claim for land in what later became New Brunswick. Please see Esther Clark Wright, The Loyalists of New Brunswick for further details. Her book also includes information on the process followed by New Brunswick Loyalists in obtaining and settling lands granted to them in New Brunswick.
